RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY 🌿
We want you to love your Mishki Beauty products – but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

It must include all original packaging and any tags

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
📩 To start a return, email us at info@mishkico.com with your order number and reason for return.
📦 Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
⚠️ Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@mishkico.com. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right – whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used beauty/skincare products

Custom or personalised items

Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids, gases)

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Sale items

Gift cards

Need a different product? The quickest way is to:

Request a return for the item you have

Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want
We’ll process your return as store credit or a refund (if applicable) once the original item is received and approved.
EU CUSTOMERS – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD 🇪🇺
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
The item must still meet our standard return conditions: unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

EXCHANGES ✨
We only offer exchanges for faulty items. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to make it right.

You’ll have 14 days to ship the faulty item back to us. It just needs to be scanned at the post office within that timeframe.

Handling fees apply, which cover the cost of return shipping and sending your replacement item.
RETURNS POLICY 🌿
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. All approved returns will be issued as store credit for the full value of the returned item(s).
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Store credits are issued in AUD and do not expire.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened products. Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition, unless the item is faulty.
- If you believe your item is faulty or arrived damaged, please contact us immediately - we’ll assess the issue and provide a refund or replacement if confirmed.

Orders paid using Afterpay or PayPal are subject to the same return terms. Your payment schedule with them will still apply.

All returns must meet the following:

No visible signs of use, wear, or tampering.
